INTERVIEW QUESTIONS

 

There are three questions that most interviewers will ask. Work on these and you'll be able to ace any interview!
1. Why should we hire you?  

1. Start selling yourself with your accomplishments. Talk about  your skills.

2. What do you know about us? 

2. Prior to the interview, find out as much as you can about your prospective company. Go up on the Internet, or your library  and  research.

3. What are your goals for the future?  What will you do to achieve your future goals?

3. Read the company's recruiting material. Determine where do material. you see yourself in one, five, or ten years.

 

 

Below is a list of other interview questions that may be asked of you:

ABOUT YOU:

1. If someone was talking about you, what would they say are your strengths?

2. If someone was talking about you, what would they say are your weaknesses? 

3. What is your strongest skill?

4. What would most people say about you in general?

5. What would your boss say about you?

6. Have you thought about what your ideal position might be?

7. What would you bring to the table if you were considered for that position?

8. How would you describe your communication skills?

9. Give me an example of when you best used your communication skills?

10. How would you describe your leadership skills?

11. Give me an example of when you best used your leadership skills?

12. How would you describe your decision making skills?

13. Give me an example of when you best used your decision making skills?

14. How would you describe your problem solving skills?

15. Give me an example of when you best used your problem solving skills?

16. What was you most important project?

17. What did you bring to the table with that project?

18. Are you a team player?

19. Tell me a time when you were at your best team playing?

20. Do you see yourself in a managerial or leadership position?

ABOUT THE COMPANY OR POSITION?

1. Why are you particularly interested in this company?

2. Why are you interested in this position?

3. Are you willing to relocate to another city/state?
